On September 30th, 2017, in Lutsk (Ukraine), the Culture Department of the Lutsk City Office, Lublin County and the Department for Ideology, Culture and Youth of the Brest Executive Committee of the Republic of Belarus signed an agreement on cultural cooperation under the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020. On the behalf of Lublin County, the agreement was signed by Michał Karapuda, Head of the Culture Department of the Lublin City Office, and Iwona Rusinek from the Culture Department of Lublin City Office. The committee from Lublin also included teachers and students from Tadeusz Szeligowski Primary and Secondary Music School in Lublin, participating in the international project Music Without Borders. A gala concert held on the occasion of the International Music Day was an opportunity for students from Poland, Ukraine and Belarus to demonstrate their skills.
