European Capital of Culture Poland 2016 competition has been launched

Today in Warsaw during the press conference "European Capital of Culture - Poland 2016” the competition for the European Capital of Culture 2016 title was oficially launched.
Among the participants of the conference were Bogdan Zdrojewski, Minister of Culture and National Heritage and Monika Smoleń - Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Lublin was represented by Włodzimierz Wysocki - Mayor Deputy, Michał Karapuda from Culture Department and Rafał KoZa Koziński from Workshops of Culture.
