The ECC title goes to Wrocław

We haven't won the European Capital of Culture 2016 title. The title went to Wrocław. Congratulations. The decision was announced by the president of the Selection Panel - Manfred Galhofer. We would like to thank Lublin citizens, artists, representatives of culture and authorities for their work in the last four years and their engagement in the ECC bid.
