Voting for the projects of the 6th Civic Budget edition

On Monday, September 23, voting for the projects of the 6th Civic Budget edition, began. As in previous years, you can vote in two ways.

Voting in an electronic form

If you choose an electronic form, please visit www.obywatelski.lublin.eu, register, log in and then vote. For minors, parents/legal guardian’s consent is required.

Voting in a paper form

To vote in a traditional version, you must personally hand the card in to the employee at a designated point. Remember to bring an ID with you. If a person does not have a PESEL number, you need to fill the gaps in with your ID number. All voting points will be located in all Resident Affairs Offices (BOMs) and most branches of the Municipal Public Library. In those districts where there is neither a library nor a BOM, temporary mobile points will be provided. Their detailed working hours and dates are in the download file at the bottom of the information.

How many projects?

This year, each person can choose between 2 district and 2 citywide projects.

Who can vote?

ANY PERSON who is permanently registered in Lublin or has been added to the voter’s list can vote for the Civic Budget.
