Centre for the Meeting of Cultures offers a unique spectacle within the festival "Scena w budowie" - "Kordian". May we look at the main character and find what concerns us, what surrounds us and what we are struggling with nowadays on a daily basis? The Centre for Culture, on the other hand, invites to Jacek Brzezinski’s benefit - an actor of the Provisorium Theatre. He celebrates anniversary of 45 artistic years. We will also have an opportunity to see both serious and difficult art as well as amusement offers as a part of the ongoing "Theatre Carnival". On Friday, the Centre for Culture proposes a drama "Chłopcy". Moreover, there will be a spectacle "Videoblog" dealing with the topic of an online existence. It will staged in the studio of Lotne Babki.
The Parish of St. Joseph invites you to the Christmas concert of Maciej Miecznikowski on Sunday. The programme will include the most beautiful Polish carols. On Friday evening, the Philharmonic offers a unique symphonic concert "Karnawał w rytmie bolera". It combines Spanish, Italian and Polish elements in its repertoire. On Sunday, on the other hand, "Źródło" concert will be performed by the Lublin Philharmonic Choir.

This weekend, the 28th Grand Finale of The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (Polish: Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy, WOŚP). The GOCC aims to support health care in Poland by purchase of state of the art medical equipment for Polish hospitals and clinics and by establishing and running six medical programmes and one educational programme. The foundation supports paediatric and geriatric wards, furnishing them in both complex medical devices. We invite you to follow and participate in the event. And the Regional Blood Donation Centre has prepared and adopted the slogan "Become a Superhero" to draw attention to the roles that voluntary donation systems play in encouraging people to care for one another and generate social ties and a united community.
