Robert Kuśmirowski - Museum of Deposition Art
Robert Kuśmirowski was born in 1973. He graduated from the Faculty of Arts of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. His first exhibition was organized at the Biała Gallery in 2002. He lives and works in Lublin. Museum of Deposition Art is the artist’s last project, which was premiered in Napoli at the Morra Greco Foundation. It presents both the process of working on the exhibition and the 12 first pieces of art that were deposited. At the Biała Gallery to the already existing modules he added a couple of new ones with ashes of the works by artists, most of whom come from Lublin. While the exhibition is at display, the artist keeps working on improving the system of collecting the objects. He creates new types of forms, inventory cards, etc.
