Beatriz Blanco has a beautiful mezzo-soprano voice, which allows her to play remarkable opera and operetta parts. Her Venezuelan roots can be seen in her original looks. At the concert we will hear her performing Habanera from the opera "Carmen", songs of Manuel de Falla, Venezuelan songs of Simón Diaz, Otilio Galíndez, Jose A. Calcano and pieces by Ariel Ramírez, Rubén Rada and Carlos Gardel.
