Symptoms of life
Life, when do we say that someone lives??
Is breathing, heartbeat, warmth of the body or eye movement a sign of life?
Or maybe, someone who has a sense of feeling and reacts to stimuli is alive?
Isn’t it true that often someone is alive but as if non-existent,
seems to be living but only just.
Sometimes we dwell, live among dead bodies, paralyzed human souls that have no strength for action, awakening. The body lives but the soul and heart seem to be lifeless. Everyone uses free will to build his or her life; at times, on their way they encounter obstacles which are simply there to be overcome.
A person always makes a choice, a choice of the path of life, our, your life.
Awakening soul, heart ready to receive and give love, hands eager to help, mouth creased into an unaffected, honest, understanding and supportive smile - isn’t any of them a sign of life?
Small things that join together our being are the symptoms of life.
They make us realize we are alive.
What would be the sense of human beings if they lived only for the sake of living?
