Adam Pyryt was born in 1972 in Opole Lubelskie. He spent his childhood and youth in a nearby village Zajączków and is currently based in Lublin. Mr. Pyryt has been a member of TPSP - Towarzystwo Przyjaciół Sztuk Pięknych (Friends of the Fine Arts Society) since 2008. He takes part in numerous group and competition exhibitions organized by TPSP. Painting is a great passion of his to which he is completely devoted. The Artist is inspired mainly by nature in any form – the beauty of it as well as the closest surroundings. For Pyryt, the most critical element in the creative process is the phase of struggling with a subject, the contact between the painter and nature. Emotions which accompany this phase are then transferred onto the canvas. This is the beginning of the painting process, often chaotic and impressionistic. Conveying natural shapes and colours is also significant. Mr. Pyryt’s preferred technique is oil painting on canvas or board. He uses brushes and a spatula to create an interesting visual effect by adding texture to his paintings.
