Since its inception in 2009, Lublin Jazz Festival has been programmatically showcasing the most intriguing jazz acts from Poland and abroad. Jazz practitioners, representatives of the widely-understood jazz scene, including mainstream big wigs, avant-garde A listers, and junior up-and-coming acts, have all been invited to play, perform, and interact.
So far, in the course of the four editions of the Festival, the following artists performed in Lublin: Tomasz Stańko, John Scofield, Dave Douglas, Hamid Drake, Mikołaj Trzaska, Wacław Zimpel, Ken Vandermark, The Ex, Maciej Obara, Adam Pierończyk, Marcin Masecki.
