Exhibition: Marek Wajda's Jazz Album Covers
Marek Wajda – born in 1956. Graphic designer, freelancer. Studied at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts under Professor Henryk Tomaszewski.
During the course of his twenty-five-year-spanning career he has created an impressive number of projects and designs: newspaper and magazine mastheads as well as vignettes, book and album covers, calendars, posters, advertising materials, signs and logotypes, as well as various ephemera.
Recipient of various accolades, including the Vidical Competition in Warsaw. Apart from his professional life that is exclusively connected with graphic design in its various shapes and guises, he has been actively involved in photography and interested in music.
