Poparzeni Kawą Trzy is a band started by journalists (Radio ZET, RMF, Eska Rock and TVP) and their friends to express their fascination with the Russian band Leningrad and its frontman Sergey Shnurov. Initially, they only performed Leningrad’s songs. Following a few joint concerts with Leningrad and several sleepless nights, the band got Shnurov’s okay to continue with performing his songs in Poland. However, Poparzeni Kawą went one step further and recorded their own songs with lyrics written by Rafał Bryndal. Their debut album, "Musculus Cremaster," is now available in shops. The band describe their music as drinking Ska.

The band won the Journalists’ Award at TOP TRENDY and the main prize in the contest Przebojem na antenę. The band is also the winner of the 2013 Russian Song Festival in Zielona Góra.
