The cafe & bookstore Między słowami invites you to the second edition of city walks and literary meetings titled "Step by step, verse by verse. Literary Meetings in Urban Space".
During walks, you will get to know crime mysteries of Lublin, walk the Old Town streets in search of old cafes and restaurants writers would frequently visit, find out what fish was Lublin named after and who made the best pancakes in the city.
The first walk and meeting from the series, "On the Trail of Flavours. Literary Titbits" will take place on August 25th. You will follow the trail of Lublin flavours in search of old cafes, restaurants and anecdotes associated with them, because writers often led a rich social life, abounding not only in numerous feasts but also full of funny adventures.
After the walk, we invite you to a meeting in Między Słowami, where you will get to know more literary titbits and stories connected with them.
The event is held under an honorary patronage of the Mayor of Lublin and co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage from the Promotion of Culture Funds.
