Colourful Bookmarks (3 October 2018)
Instructor: Monika Spuz-Szpos
Participants will learn how to use watercolour paints and inks. They will make cardboard bookmarks using watercolour paints, inks and stamps. They will decorate them with ribbons and beads. Participants can take their works of art home at the end of the class.
A Bite to Eat (10 October 2018)
Instructor: Monika Spuz-Szpos
During the class participants will make a healthy fruit and vegetable cocktail and quick sandwich pastes. The snacks may be an alternative to breakfast or dinner. Participants will taste the dishes on the spot and can take the recipes home.
Garden in a Jar (17 October 2018)
Instructor: Monika Spuz-Szpos
During the class participants will make mini gardens in jars. They will use sand, soil and moss. They will plant succulent plants and decorate the jars. Participants can take their works of art home at the end of the class.
Dancing Through the World (24 October 2018)
Instructor: Anita Łucjan-Kowalska
During the class participants will have an opportunity to learn dances from different parts of the world (Europe, Africa, America). They will learn how to perform them and will receive basic information about their origin and significance for particular cultures. Participants will be able to feel the pleasure of dancing together, relax and actively spend time listening to music. Intensity of the classes (number and difficulty of dances) will be adjusted to the participants’ capabilities. Depending on their skills, the participants will learn from 8 to 15 dances.
Club Bombonierka Życia was created for people 50+ who would like to creatively and actively spend their Wednesday mornings at the Czuby Południowe District Community Cultural Centre. Meetings with guests, workshops, theme discussions, sharing experiences and conclusions, and, above all, creative passing of time with others in a relaxed atmosphere over coffee and tea.
