Through the memoirs of witnesses as well as documents and photographs, the project promotes shows the silent heroes of the Nazi occupation period – secret teachers in the Lublin region. Risking their own lives, members of the Secret Organization of Teachers created an underground education system, educating and raising young people in a patriotic spirit. The project is co-financed by the Polish History Museum under the Patriotism of Tomorrow programme.
