Paris is a magical city ...
Paris is a city of love ...
Paris is ...
One could write for a long time about this wonderful city which has provided inspiration for hundreds, thousands or even millions of artists from all over the world.
The music of Paris, its streets and boulevards is saturated with a whole range of emotions. The show is inspired by Paris of the 1930s and 1940s – this is the Paris you will hear during the show. The audience will hear songs by famous French artists and performers, including Edith Piaf, Dalida & Alain Delon, Jacques Brel and Joe Dassin. The repertoire includes songs such as "Parole, Parole (De Parole, Parole)," "La Vie en Rose," "Champs-Élysées," "Ne me quite pas" and "Padam, Padam."
The story will be told through the voice of Ania Michałowska, an outstanding vocalist who has collaborated with the Grammy Award winner Włodek Pawlik, Kuba Badach, Dorota Miśkiewicz and Mariusz Bogdanowicz. Ania was also two-time winner of French song competitions in Poland. On stage she will be accompanied by talented musicians whose way of playing refers to the famous "Quintette du Hot Club de France" led by the outstanding gypsy guitarist Django Reinhardt.
