Author's profile Title and description of work
Miejsce 9. 1st place

Gabriela Wójcik
Year 2 student of Economics at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (Lublin). Art is my passion, in any shape or form, be it painting, photography or contemporary dance. Drawings have always given me a lot of fun. I took to computer graphics a few years ago.

Title: ‘A city of true colour’
No matter who the traveller is, be it a sunrise or a sunset, the journey wears nobody out. Open your eyes far and wide, let the view surprise you.

Miejsce 2. 2nd place

Zuzanna Kalinka
A 16-year-old artist attends Unia Lubelska High School in Lublin. Her passion for art began in early childhood. For the first time, her early works were on display at No 2 Community Centre in April 2023. Furthermore, she has been doing commissioned portraits for family and friends for over two years now. Zuzanna won the prize for artwork at 30th Art and Poetry contest ‘My Christmas’. Following from this, she featured on Lublin TV.

Miejsce 3. 3rd place

Andrzej Strzempioł

I attend classes at Mariusz Stryjecki's digital art studio in ‘Pod Akacją’ Community Centre in Lublin. First, I learned drawing and then computer graphics. Since photography is a source material for CG art, I took an interest in this technique. Following that, I won 1st place in ‘Bridge painted with light 2022’ contest and received a Jury distinction for showing landmark objects in our city.

Title: ‘In the hills’

This art piece mixes drawing and digital technique together. Umbrellas look very much like the hills that Lublin is located on. And definitely there is no shortage of umbrellas in numerous Old Town restaurants. The colours allude to the inspiring multiculturalism of the city among other things.

Miejsce 10. Winner by Internet users

Martyna Jachacz

I am a Medical University student in Lublin. My interests are CG artwork and science, chemistry and biology in particular. Traditionally, I show my art only to my closest family and friends. But this time, I decided to change that. So I entered the competition, hoping that my works reach a wider audience.

Title: ‘Snake – Night of Culture 2022’

Technique: Computer graphics, main character: snake, design by: Jarosław Koziara.
