A new place of integration and activity for young Lublin residents has been opened in Wieniawa district. It is already the sixth youth space in our city.
"Kosmos: Youth Space" was created as part of an open call for the foundation, implementation and evaluation of open youth places announced by the City of Lublin. It is based at Al. Racławickie 33/U-8, and is supervised by the TEATRIKON Foundation for Creativity, Education and Youth Animation.
Weeks of cooperation with young people on outlining and designing the space were held prior to the opening of "Kosmos". The youth space at Al. Racławickie 33/U-8 will be opened from Tuesday to Friday from: 10.00 a.m. - 9.00 p.m. with flexible work schedule, as needed.
The space enables various forms and structures of youth projects. The premises are furnished with a mini stage to be a place for youth artistic projects. Altogether, it makes the space even more conspicuous and exceptional. Moreover, you will be able to play board and video games, as well as read a book in a quiet place with no distractions, while spending your free time.
By developing a network of youth places, we fulfill the European Youth Capital 2023 agenda and expectations. The city has committed itself to creating open spaces for young people where they can pursue their passions and interests, meet friends or do homework.
