The City Hall Gallery (Galeria Ratusz) is housing a post-competition exhibition of the best photographic works presenting Lublin's youth against the backdrop of Lublin – European Youth Capital 2023. These are photographs that were awarded a prize or a honourable mention as part of the “Youth for the Young” competition organised this year. The official award ceremony is to be held on Friday (17 October) at the City Hall.
The organisers of the competition, forming part of the EYC Lublin 2023 agenda, were the Union of Lublin General Secondary School No. 3 in Lublin, Youth Cultural Centre No. 2 in Lublin and the Foundation for Education Development in Lublin. Its objective is to encourage young people to test their photography skills, to demonstrate the multicultural image of Lublin, and highlight its unique role as a City – European Youth Capital 2023.
The award ceremony featuring the winners of the competition entitled „Youth for the Young – European Youth Capital Lublin 2023" will be held on 17 November (Friday) at 10.00 a.m., in room No. 2 at the City Hall (pl. Łokietka 1), while the post-competition exhibition will be opened until 22 November, Monday to Friday, between 7.30 a.m. and 3.30 p.m.
