“Hej!” – Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions of “HEJ!”

1. “Hej!” is an open youth space where you can implement your activities, organise an event, attend a class or a workshop or just relax.
2. The “Hej!” youth space is open Monday to Friday from 10 A.M. to 8 P.M. and on Saturday and Sunday upon prior reservation.
3. You can book “Hej!” for your own projects, activities and meetings via the form or via email at hej@lublin.eu.
4. On the website youth.lublin.eu (in the section Przestrzenie młodzieżowe – Hej!) and in the social media (@lublinisyouth), you’ll find a weekly schedule of all activities. Check if the space is free.
5. Those who use the space are obliged to leave it tidy and take good care of the appliances.
6. You can use everything in “Hej!” according to its specification. Do not take any appliances, equipment, furniture, food etc. out of the youth space.
7. In “Hej!”, we respect each other and the individuality of each person. We behave in a cultured manner and we respect other people’s needs.
8. The “Hej!” space is free of any drugs, discrimination and aggression.
9. The “Hej!” space is free of religious and political agitation.
10. The terms and conditions of “Hej!” are meant to co-create a safe and welcoming space and can be subject to change depending on current needs and circumstances.
